About the role
- Identify potential clients through various sources and channels, such as online research, social media, and referrals
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and budget
- Set up appointments for the sales team to follow up with qualified leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of potential clients in our CRM system
- Analyze data related to lead generation and appointment setting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- High follow-through with attention-to-detail for lead generation and appointment setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and other digital marketing tools
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Sales experience preferred but not necessary
- Able to use data to identify trends and opportunities for lead generation
- Experience with digital marketing agency
