About the role
- Manage client accounts and serve as their dedicated advocate and strategic advisor
- Onboard new clients, including conducting kickoff meetings and organizing client materials
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication
- Address client inquiries and requests
- Manage accounts to ensure services stay within budget while meeting client needs
- Drive client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service
- Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress
- Hold monthly and quarterly performance review meetings with clients
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team
- Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent note-taking abilities and organizational skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in client-friendly language
- Excellent multitasking and deadline management abilities
- Comfortable with phone calls and virtual meetings (Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Understanding of web design and digital marketing concepts (a plus, but not required)
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to respond to feedback and criticism positively
- Must be a team player who collaborates effectively while also being capable of working independently
- Experience in Digital Marketing is not necessary but a plus.
