• Transcribe and review law-enforcement, legal, investigative, and other recorded proceedings
• Provide subject-matter expertise for court and judicial transcription projects
• Review transcripts for accuracy, completeness, formatting, speaker identification, legal terminology, and compliance with client requirements
• Interpret and implement court-specific transcript manuals, templates, and formatting standards
• Assist with development of court-transcription workflows, SOPs, templates, and quality-control procedures
• Help evaluate and mentor transcriptionists assigned to legal or court work
• Support the operations team with estimating staffing and production requirements for prospective court projects
• Provide technical input when evaluating court and judicial transcription solicitations
• Assume a coordination or lead role for court-transcription projects as the judicial business grows
