About the role
- Own the product marketing strategy for Athos Commerce’s products.
- Define and communicate compelling positioning, drive go-to-market planning and execution, and support product launches that accelerate adoption, revenue growth, and competitive differentiation.
- Drive competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis and positioning with analysts, ensuring sales and customer success have what they need to close new deals.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partner, Enablement and Marketing teams.
- Design and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, feature releases, and vertical initiatives.
- Craft customer-focused content including sales tools, pitch decks, one-sheets, talking points, demos, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership.
- Enable sales and customer teams with training, competitive intelligence, battle cards, and deal support materials.
- Analyze market trends, buyer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and product narratives.
- Manage Athos submission in analyst benchmark reports and participate in briefings.
- Manage pricing and packaging of products ensuring competitive models, price points and alignment to target margins.
- Measure and optimize the impact of product marketing programs through qualitative and quantitative feedback.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, ecommerce tech, or analogous B2B software environment.
- Demonstrated success leading product launches and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business impact.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce technology trends, customer problems, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Partner and Customer Success teams.
