Account Manager

• The Agency Partner Manager is responsible for building, maintaining and overseeing a portfolio of agency partnerships, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and strengthen these relationships.
• In this role, you will engage regularly with agency partners through meetings and calls to discuss commercial opportunities and explore new revenue-generating collaboration initiatives.
• You will deliver compelling product demonstrations and conduct enablement sessions to ensure agency partners are fully equipped to effectively promote and sell the organisation's solutions.
• You will coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product to ensure partner needs are met whilst maximising revenue potential and expanding the organisation's market reach.
• You will also handle day-to-day partner enquiries, troubleshoot operational challenges, and lead longer-term planning activities including quarterly business reviews and partnership development strategies focused on achieving revenue targets and scaling the partnership program.
