About the role

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for people managers
  • Provide coaching on employee matters, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Guide managers through performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • At least 2 years in HR generalist, HR advisor, or employee relations role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience coaching managers through employee relations matters
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
