About the role
- Deliver packaged loan applications to the credit assessment team to ensure efficient processing
- Packaging of loan applications ready for credit assessment
- Ordering title searches, ABN searches and company searches
- Basic KYC activities
- Ordering, following-up and retrieval of valuations
- Monitoring email inboxes
- Preparing basic manual letters
- Manage a pipeline of applications to ensure they flow through as efficiently to credit assessors
- Working hand in hand with our credit assessment teams to achieve the best outcome for customers/brokers
- Ensure all risk and compliance standards are maintained
Requirements

- Basic knowledge or a keen interest in learning about home loan processing and credit workflows
