  • About the Role: as Events and Experiences Analyst, you’ll shape client-facing and internal events; support the Events and Experiences department from planning to execution; collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Management Consulting departments to ensure events run smoothly.
  • We’re looking for individuals with an interest in event strategy, experiential marketing, and audience engagement, with a background in logistic coordination and event planning; fast-paced environment.
  • About the Program: Intended for recent graduates; analyst program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path for growth within a woman-owned, women-led consultancy that values innovation, inclusion, and impact.
  • Our analyst position begins in July 2026 and is a full-time opportunity to join Athena.

Requirements
