About the role
- Experience implementing and configuring the SAP HCM module – Payroll, ensuring compliance with Brazilian labor legislation.
- Gather requirements and map processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Lead integrated and unit testing to ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Support the project team and end users during implementation and post-go-live.
- Perform adjustments, improvements, and fixes to the payroll module according to client needs.
- Enhance the employee experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership for HR implementations and digital transformations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HCM implementations (multi-platform).
- Advanced English required; Spanish is desirable.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to HR processes.
- Experience deploying systems across Latin America.
- Familiarity with the HR value chain (all submodules).
