About the role

  • Your role is to manage the team and the Recruitment & Selection processes.
  • Deliver on hiring requests with quality and within established deadlines.
  • Manage the team of analysts.
  • Work with a high volume of vacancies.
  • Ensure quality and agility in selection processes; create recruitment and selection strategies while keeping up with market trends and innovations.
  • Hold daily strategy alignment meetings with the team to meet goals and objectives.
  • Manage and guide the team: day-to-day administrative activities; develop individual development plans for team members.
  • Negotiate with internal and external clients.
  • Results- and data-driven.

Requirements

  • University degree completed (updated in Pessoas Online);
  • Employees with any type of movement should consult the movement table in Normative – NI-002 and also check eligible positions;
  • Time to Talk rating of "Good" or higher;
  • Experience in recruitment and selection;
  • Experience in people management;
  • Strong organizational skills, focus, sense of urgency, commitment, drive to overcome challenges, forward-looking mindset to propose improvements, implement changes and create processes, and systemic thinking;
  • High energy level, motivation, enthusiasm, initiative and commitment;
  • Excellent communication, consulting, influencing and interpersonal relationship skills;
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet short deadlines;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Analytical profile.
