About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and administrative positions
- Align job profiles with hiring managers
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews (online and/or in person)
- Administer and evaluate tests when required
- Monitor recruitment metrics (SLA, volume, conversion, etc.)
- Support the hiring process and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain recruitment controls, spreadsheets, and systems (ATS)
Requirements
- High school diploma completed
- Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection (internship or junior-level experience)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to work with a sense of urgency
- Preferred: University degree in progress or completed
- Experience managing a high volume of vacancies
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, especially Gupy
