About the role
- Responsible for conducting high-volume recruitment processes;
- Gathering and understanding candidate profiles in partnership with the hiring manager/requester, identifying key competencies for the role;
- Conducting competency-based interviews;
- Facilitating group assessment exercises (group dynamics);
- Preparing behavioral evaluation reports;
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (record updated in POL);
- Reside in São Paulo and have easy access to the NSP or São Caetano sites;
- Preferred: experience in recruitment and selection;
- Ability to handle a high volume of open positions;
- Intermediate Excel;
- Good communication skills;
- Flexible and adaptable to change;
- Organizational skills and problem-solving abilities;
- Commitment to meeting targets;
- Preferred: Spanish or English — advanced/ fluent;
