About the role

  • Create and maintain payroll items (earnings and deductions), ensuring correct incidences for INSS (Brazilian social security), IRRF (withholding income tax), FGTS (severance fund) and averages.
  • Adjust calculation formulas in accordance with collective agreements (CCTs) and internal policies.
  • Maintain organizational structures and auxiliary tables (cost centers, employer charges, organizational charts).
  • Support the processing and validation of Monthly Payroll, Vacation pay, Terminations and 13th Salary.
  • Perform checks and ensure data consistency prior to payroll closing.
  • Support the generation of reports for reconciliation, audit and internal controls.
  • Provide Level 2 support to the Payroll team, resolving technical and system-related queries.
  • Translate labor law rules into system parameter configurations.
  • Interact with IT to monitor system updates, environment performance and access management.

Requirements

  • Higher education completed and profile updated in Pessoas Online.
  • Employees with any personnel movement must consult the movement table in Normative NI-002 and verify eligible positions.
  • Time to Talk score of "Good" or above.
  • Experience with monthly and annual payroll routines.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation.
  • Experience applying and correcting ACTs (Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho) and CCTs (Convenção Coletiva de Trabalho).
  • Experience with eSocial routines.
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
  • Desired: Experience configuring/parameterizing the LG Sistemas suite (on-premises).
  • Experience with tools such as FPW, FPW Reports, Myway Designer and LG eSocial.
