About the role
- Create and maintain payroll items (earnings and deductions), ensuring correct incidences for INSS, IRRF, FGTS and averages.
- Adjust calculation formulas according to collective agreements (CCTs) and internal policies.
- Maintain organizational structures and auxiliary tables (cost centers, employer contributions, organizational charts).
- Support processing and validation of Monthly Payroll, Vacation pay, Terminations and 13th Salary.
- Perform data checks and ensure consistency prior to payroll closing.
- Support generation of reports for reconciliation, audits and internal controls.
- Provide Level 2 support to the Payroll team, resolving technical and system-related queries.
- Translate labor law rules into system parameterizations/configurations.
- Collaborate with IT to monitor system updates, environment performance and access management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with monthly and annual payroll routines.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation.
- Experience applying and correcting ACTs and CCTs (collective labor agreements).
- Experience with eSocial routines.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
- Experience with parameterization/configuration in the LG Sistemas suite (On-Premises).
- Experience with tools such as FPW, FPW Reports, Myway Designer and eSocial LG.
