About the role
- Ensure achievement of key operational KPIs
- Coordinate team training and development initiatives
- Collaborate with the WFM team (Workforce Management)
- Present strategic analyses and action plans
- Serve as the liaison between the client Meta and Atento operations
Requirements
- Be an Atento employee for at least 9 months
- Currently enrolled in higher education (university)
- Proven experience in team leadership and management
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of quality strategies and quality control
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
- Advanced English with C1 certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service processes
- Ability to adapt and manage change
- Familiarity with performance metrics and data analysis
