• Act as a primary point of contact for various clients, confidently leading discovery calls, managing expectations, and keeping projects on scope and schedule.
• Translate complex client business processes into clean, scalable Salesforce functional requirements and technical user stories.
• Work directly with our internal development team to guide implementation, explain business logic, and ensure technical deliverables align with client needs.
• Perform declarative configuration (Flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts) to support client projects.
