• Design and lead end-to-end solution architecture on Salesforce, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals
• Serve as the primary technical authority for development teams, stakeholders, and the client
• Lead advanced implementations and configurations in Salesforce Health Cloud, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards (HIPAA and best practices)
• Define development standards, data governance frameworks, and platform best practices
• Collaborate with business teams to translate functional requirements into viable technical solutions
• Evaluate and recommend integration solutions with external systems (EHR, third-party APIs, etc.)
• Actively participate in code reviews, data model design, and architectural decisions
• Manage the technical relationship with the client, communicating clearly and effectively in English
