About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a primary point of contact for various clients, confidently leading discovery calls, managing expectations, and keeping projects on scope and schedule.
- Translate complex client business processes into clean, scalable Salesforce functional requirements and technical user stories.
- Work directly with our internal development team to guide implementation, explain business logic, and ensure technical deliverables align with client needs.
- Perform declarative configuration (Flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts) to support client projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong, proven background in real-world business operations, management, or professional consulting prior to entering the tech space.
- Minimum of 1+ years of active Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least one current certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, or App Builder).
- Prior professional experience in project management (agile or waterfall), account management, or team leadership.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; absolute comfort presenting to stakeholders and leading client-facing meetings.
- Advanced English (C1/C2) — Required.
