About the role

  • Partner Recruitment and Relationship Management: Recruit new VARs and build strategic, long-term relationships
  • Sales Strategy and Promotion: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote wireless solutions and meet targets
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and resources to partners for effective product promotion
  • Performance and Issue Resolution: Monitor partner performance, analyze challenges, and resolve issues to ensure channel success
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams, create detailed reports, and coordinate activities to achieve sales goals
  • Senior-level sales responsibilities: manage large, complex sales with light supervision and higher-than-average sales quota or territory
  • Conduct customer visits in the field and collaborate from assigned office when not in the field
  • May introduce new products, lead training, and mentor colleagues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 8+ years of related sales experience
  • INDIRECT EXPERIENCE
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH VARs
  • MOBILITY EXPERIENCE
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
  • Current auto insurance
  • Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of market
  • Ability to conduct customer visits in the field
  • Experience managing large, complex sales and territories
