About the role
- Partner Recruitment and Relationship Management: Recruit new VARs and build strategic, long-term relationships
- Sales Strategy and Promotion: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote wireless solutions and meet targets
- Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and resources to partners for effective product promotion
- Performance and Issue Resolution: Monitor partner performance, analyze challenges, and resolve issues to ensure channel success
- Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams, create detailed reports, and coordinate activities to achieve sales goals
- Senior-level sales responsibilities: manage large, complex sales with light supervision and higher-than-average sales quota or territory
- Conduct customer visits in the field and collaborate from assigned office when not in the field
- May introduce new products, lead training, and mentor colleagues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
- 8+ years of related sales experience
- INDIRECT EXPERIENCE
- EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH VARs
- MOBILITY EXPERIENCE
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Current auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of market
- Ability to conduct customer visits in the field
- Experience managing large, complex sales and territories
