Define and lead AT&T’s broadband device programs across fiber and fixed wireless technologies
Drive innovation for consumer and enterprise broadband device solutions
Manage work intake, prioritization, program and project execution for device hardware, software, and applications/services
Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and ongoing vendor management
Oversee full lifecycle of device initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals
Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes
Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, finance and other stakeholders to define requirements and roadmaps
Develop and monitor KPIs; report progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership
Drive continuous improvement in program management methodologies, resource allocation, and cross-team communication
Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met for device-related initiatives
Report to VP of Device Technology and lead cross-functional teams to accelerate device innovation
Requirements
10+ years of leadership experience in broadband, wireless, or converged device technology
10+ years of experience in program/project management and vendor management, with a focus on broadband devices or telecommunications
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and support complex device development and deployment programs
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills in large-scale, matrixed organizations
Experience with hardware and software development cycles, applications, and service delivery
Strong knowledge of broadband software development (familiarity with prpl a plus)
Ability to build strategic vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Technical understanding of network architectures, device platforms, Wi-Fi and 3GPP access technologies, fiber networks, and related technologies
Ability to work in-office 5 days/week in Dallas, TX or Bothell, WA
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree; familiarity with smart home integration and converged wireless-broadband ecosystems
