About the role
- Create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise
- Guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach
- Participate in events, online orders, and calls to existing and potential customers
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
- Utilize training and coaching provided to meet and exceed sales goals
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Ability to meet sales targets and earn commission
- Must be flexible and open to change
