About the role
- Implement targeted sales strategies to drive FirstNet subscriber adoption across First Responder Agencies, retail channels, and business segments, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with emergency responder agencies and key clients to ensure long-term customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with retail teams to effectively promote FirstNet solutions and provide comprehensive training to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Participate in relevant events and trade shows to showcase FirstNet solutions and expand professional networks within the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- Provide dedicated assistance to FirstNet subscribers.
- Educate potential subscribers about FirstNet’s features, eligibility requirements, and benefits; assist with the enrollment process.
- Address escalated customer issues, coordinate with technical support, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Drive and educate FirstNet adoption within AT&T Retail through targeted education sessions, ongoing training, and assisting in overcoming obstacles.
- Partner with Public Sector Sales Teams to help educate CSE on how to implement and grow FirstNet adoption within their modules.
