About the role
- Lead a team of sales and support staff in providing customized solutions to residential customers
- Oversight of team performance against sales and service objectives
- Hiring, training, career development and strategic planning for the team
- Manage inventory, compliance and fleet responsibilities
- Ensure hands-on demos are provided by the team to generate new sales and appointments
- Collaborate with service installers to create elevated customer experience
Requirements
- 3-5 years of customer facing/sales experience
- 3-5 years of management experience, preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
