About the role
- Process and manage a variety of HR transactions (hires, job changes, terminations, organizational changes, compensation changes, etc.)
- Serve as the first point of contact for transactional HR inquiries from clients and HR Business Partners, ensuring a timely and professional response
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate data/reporting issues as appropriate
- Maintain and update employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Generate, audit, and distribute regular HR reports as requested
- Partner with HRBPs and HR Operations to ensure seamless handoffs and optimal workflow
- Support HR compliance processes by ensuring transaction documentation is complete and accurate
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR transaction processes
- Stay current on system updates, policy changes, and administrative procedures relevant to HR transactions
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in HR operations, transactional HR, or related roles, especially within AT&T tools
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data confidentiality standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver accurate work under deadlines
- Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency with HR systems (Workday experience highly preferred)
- Comfort with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
