About the role

  • Provides executive-level HR partnership to business leadership, aligning workforce strategy with business objectives to optimize performance, accelerate transformation, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Guides adoption of analytics, automation, and AI-enabled HR capabilities to improve decision quality, scalability, and employee experience, while ensuring appropriate risk, privacy, and governance controls.
  • Partners with senior business leaders to shape and execute organizational and talent strategies that support growth, productivity, and operating model evolution.
  • Translates business strategy into workforce plans, capability roadmaps, and priorities across talent, performance, and organizational design.
  • Identifies opportunities where AI-enabled insights or automation can accelerate outcomes (e.g., workforce forecasting, skills planning, HR service optimization) and drives alignment across stakeholders.
  • Leads and develops a team of HR professionals; sets direction, priorities, and operating rhythm to deliver consistent, high-impact HR support.
  • Establishes KPI frameworks and executive dashboards that connect workforce indicators to business performance.
  • Leverages advanced analytics and AI-assisted insights to inform workforce planning, attrition/retention drivers, skills supply-demand, leadership pipeline health, and scenario planning.
  • Partners with HR tech/analytics teams to define requirements for AI-enabled solutions and to validate measurable impact (quality, speed, cost, experience).
  • Leads HR strategy for transformation initiatives, including organizational design, change management, communications, and leader enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Experience sponsoring or leading initiatives involving workforce analytics, HR technology modernization, automation, or AI-enabled HR solutions; strong fluency in interpreting insights and translating them into business actions.
