About the role
- Create meaningful connections with every customer
- Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm including weekends
- Meet sales targets and earn commissions through sales of products and services
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment
- No sales experience? Tools, training and coaching provided to meet and exceed goals
