About the role
- Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise
- Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor
- Meet sales targets and earn commission
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
- Flexibility and openness to change
- Must be able to meet and exceed sales goals.
