About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives and business plans for the BSSe program, aligning with AT&T’s broader goals
  • Manage technical and product interdependencies across multiple programs, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analyses to identify trends, threats, and opportunities
  • Build and interpret financial models and forecasts to support data-driven decision making
  • Partner with senior leadership, business units, and technical teams to drive alignment and deliver program milestones
  • Monitor industry trends, deliver competitive intelligence, and support negotiations for key transactions

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in strategic planning, initiative development, and business model innovation
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs and technical interdependencies
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with the ability to interpret income statements and balance sheets
  • Proven ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis in dynamic industries
  • Experience creating and delivering compelling presentations to executive audiences
  • Solid understanding of transaction support and competitive intelligence in large-scale organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of related experience in strategy, transformation, or similar business leadership roles
  • Track record of leading large, impactful projects in complex business environments
  • Experience serving as a strategic advisor to senior and executive leadership
  • Exceptional ability to work autonomously, solve complex problems, and influence policy and direction
