About the role
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives and business plans for the BSSe program, aligning with AT&T’s broader goals
- Manage technical and product interdependencies across multiple programs, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analyses to identify trends, threats, and opportunities
- Build and interpret financial models and forecasts to support data-driven decision making
- Partner with senior leadership, business units, and technical teams to drive alignment and deliver program milestones
- Monitor industry trends, deliver competitive intelligence, and support negotiations for key transactions
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in strategic planning, initiative development, and business model innovation
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs and technical interdependencies
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with the ability to interpret income statements and balance sheets
- Proven ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis in dynamic industries
- Experience creating and delivering compelling presentations to executive audiences
- Solid understanding of transaction support and competitive intelligence in large-scale organizations
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of related experience in strategy, transformation, or similar business leadership roles
- Track record of leading large, impactful projects in complex business environments
- Experience serving as a strategic advisor to senior and executive leadership
- Exceptional ability to work autonomously, solve complex problems, and influence policy and direction
