About the role
- Lead and oversee a team of partner coordinators: Direct the group in charge of technical alignment with partners, device certification processes, technical approvals, and launching devices for both consumer and enterprise/IoT across all distribution channels.
- Manage the partner and team transition new onboarding tools: Manage the transition to updated platforms aimed at enhancing wireless device delivery. This involves coordinating efforts among internal stakeholders, external partners, and all device suppliers/partners to ensure timely migration from legacy systems.
- Lead Product Development: Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards while meeting market needs and strategic objectives.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure the feasibility, functionality, and performance of products through technical guidance, rigorous testing, and quality assurance processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including external partners, marketing, network, Tech Dev, engineering, and supply chain, to deliver commitments to the business on time and with high quality.
- Market and Technology Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to inform development strategies, translating customer requirements and business objectives into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.
- 8+ years of experience managing the successful delivery of wireless devices on LTE and 5G networks with major operators in North America.
- Must be knowledgeable in industry certification and AT&T device technical approval process.
- Must be organized and self-driven.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Must be a team player and foster a team environment.
- Must be able to work effectively with suppliers and internal technical groups to develop and deploy products and services within deadlines.
- Must uphold high ethical values and integrity.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
