Requirements

6+ years of Workday experience required
7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or platform engineering roles
Deep understanding of ServiceNow’s architecture, extensibility model, and product roadmap or deep understanding of Workday tools like Extend and Orchestrate
Must have knowledge of MCP, agentic flows, agent construction, and backend API connectivity experience
Solid 7+ years of experience handling various types of integrations
Strong influence, cross-functional communication, and storytelling abilities to effectively communicate complex platform and AI strategies to executive stakeholders.
