About the role

  • Translate business strategy into business architecture artifacts (capability maps, value streams, operating models).
  • Identify capability gaps, dependencies, and opportunities to enhance business and experience outcomes.
  • Recommend where business investments will deliver the strongest impact.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to define and maintain business capability models that reflect user needs and desired outcomes.
  • Ensure capability roadmaps incorporate both business priorities and experience design insights.
  • Co-create business and functional requirements with UX designers to ensure both perspectives are reflected in solution designs.
  • Use journey mapping, service blueprinting, and experience mapping to validate requirements and identify gaps.
  • Contribute to capability roadmaps that integrate strategy, experience insights, dependencies, and transformation milestones.
  • Establish consistent processes for capability and experience review, documentation, and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Partner with UX designers to lead persona‑centric discovery, journey mapping, and experience framing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • Experience with business architecture, capability modeling, and strategy‑to‑execution alignment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with UX designers and integrate experience insights into requirements and solution design.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
