About the role
- Architect and deliver scalable, cloud-native, and SaaS-based solutions that transform next-generation BSS platforms.
- Lead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning technologies to automate workflows, enable hyper-personalized customer experiences, and support intelligent, data-driven decision-making.
- Drive initiatives to embed AI/ML models for dynamic pricing, customer segmentation, proactive service assurance, anomaly detection, and real-time product recommendations.
- Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI/ML optimization across customer journeys and business processes.
- Define and execute the modernization roadmap, including legacy migration, domain-driven design, and adoption of industry best practices.
- Champion domain-centric, event-driven architectures with clear separation of concerns and optimized data flows.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance frameworks, and ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, ethics, and compliance.
- Mentor solution architects and cross-functional teams, serving as a subject matter expert in AI/ML adoption and fostering a culture of innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 8+ years of solution architecture experience, with a focus on large-scale BSS in telecommunications or similar industries.
- Proven expertise in architecting cloud-native, microservices, and SaaS solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise systems, with applications such as dynamic pricing, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and real-time recommendations.
- Deep understanding of BSS domains and processes (customer management, product catalog, order management, billing, revenue management).
- Practical experience with domain-driven design, event-driven architectures, and API management.
- Strong grasp of omnichannel strategies, digital transformation, and customer journey optimization.
- Familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs, eTOM, SID, or similar industry standards (preferred).
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification is a plus.
