- Analyze complex internal business problems and develop actionable solutions to drive business transformation.
- Gather and standardize financial and operational data from multiple sources to uncover trends and improve cost efficiency.
- Build and apply statistical and financial models to identify cost-saving opportunities, utilizing clean sheet and should-cost methodologies.
- Design reports, reporting tools, and databases to support effective decision-making and operational improvements.
- Conduct industry benchmarking and supplier assessments to provide fact-based negotiation support and market intelligence.
- Support cross-functional program management efforts and provide analytical support to multiple team members and business units.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in management consulting, analytics, strategy, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills, including data modeling and statistical analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex data and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
