About the role
- Champion continuous Process Improvement: Define, design, and implement new processes to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
- Identify tooling and AI improvement that drive automation and agility.
- Accelerate intake & delivery assignment: Oversee technology intake, ensuring data and solutioning quality to quickly hand off to delivery teams for execution
- Ensure Compliance: Establish and enforce standardized processes, embedding security and compliance into daily operations.
- Analyze Performance: Utilize metrics, scorecards, and performance analyses to identify gaps and drive solutions.
- Support Project Execution: Support project teams, helping development teams and their clients navigate the enterprise ATS delivery processes
- Drive Change Management: Own and manage change processes, ensuring smooth transitions during updates and deployments.
- Advocate for Customer Experience: Incorporate feedback and drive customer-centric improvements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Solve Problems & Manage Risks: Facilitate stakeholder discussions, drive consensus, and monitor/mitigate project risks.
- Optimize Technology Value Streams: Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to ensure alignment with evolving business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science or Business preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Certifications may be required for some areas.
- Deep understanding of technical organizations (processes, tools, systems)
- Proven track record leading technology rollouts that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Experience managing change processes and facilitating smooth project transitions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication skills.
- Commitment to guiding customers through the technology lifecycle and ensuring their needs are met.
- Advanced knowledge and experience resolving complex issues and driving consensus.
- Ability to develop metrics, analyze performance, and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
