About the role

  • Supporting full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding for domestic and/or international roles.
  • Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring candidates are well-informed about the offer details.
  • Ensuring recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies and preparing necessary reports for management.
  • Supporting processes related to employer branding and marketing, Management or Non-Management (union bargaining) full cycle support, understanding hiring needs, maintaining recruitment metrics, data analysis, building talent pipelines, providing consultation, training & mentoring, and/or event management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
