About the role
- Achieve sales objectives and drive revenue growth by structuring and securing new marketing contracts with owners and developers of small and medium sized apartment, condo and single-family homes within assigned territory.
- Form strong relationships with apartment owners and developers by meeting them at their locations.
- Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Secure new marketing agreements after evaluating opportunities with owners and developers.
- Create and present proposals to customers and negotiate contract terms with internal contract managers and legal.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
- 2+ years of related sales experience
