About the role

  • Achieve sales objectives and drive revenue growth by structuring and securing new marketing contracts with owners and developers of small and medium sized apartment, condo and single-family homes within assigned territory.
  • Form strong relationships with apartment owners and developers by meeting them at their locations.
  • Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Secure new marketing agreements after evaluating opportunities with owners and developers.
  • Create and present proposals to customers and negotiate contract terms with internal contract managers and legal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 2+ years of related sales experience
