About the role

  • Proactively sell AT&T’s mobility solutions and fiber-based broadband network to small and mid-market businesses.
  • Generate new revenue by hunting and prospecting through sales calls, networking, and relationship building.
  • Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers.
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by establishing long-term relationships with customers.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to overcome objections and leverage industry knowledge for closing sales opportunities.
  • Craft responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and present products and services that can benefit customers.
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives to grow and retain revenue streams of assigned complex accounts.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience, with a preference for outside telecommunications sales.
  • Experience and knowledge in fiber broadband technology and mobility products and services.
  • Proficiency in managing sales funnels and previous experience with CRM systems.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
