About the role

  • This position requires office presence of a minimum of 2 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. AT&T Global Public Sector is a trusted provider of secure, IP enabled, cloud-based, network solutions and professional services to the Federal Government. Facilitate communication and collaboration among federal stakeholders, agency partners, contractors, and vendors. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact to guide and streamline requests, especially those lacking clear ownership, leveraging deep understanding of federal business operations and interagency workflows. Responsible for supporting project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget through effective resource coordination and adherence to industry-standard methodologies. Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards. Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives. Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations. Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks.

Requirements

  • Executive presence and executive level briefing skills inclusive of driving insights, acting decisively, being concise, driving ownership and action. Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to federal audiences, including clear, concise briefing materials and formal government correspondence Required expertise in federal government operations, regulations, and emerging public sector trends and technologies. Ability to apply strategic insight to solve complex challenges unique to government environments Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills. Strong organizational and project management skills, including familiarity with federal project management methodologies such as PMBOK or Agile adapted for government use. Intermediate Excel capabilities. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues. 7+ years of related experience in federal government operations
