Direct and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance skills and performance.
Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure targets are met and resources are utilized effectively.
Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive revenue growth.
Manage key client relationships, provide expertise and consultation for complex problems, and participate in important negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Allocate and manage sales territories to ensure optimal coverage and maximize opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
8+ years of related sales experience
