About the role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of small-business customers, overseeing the full Lead‑to‑Order (L2O) and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) cycle.
- Execute the end‑to‑end L2O process to ensure timely, accurate quotations, orders, and fulfillment.
- Serve as the primary commercial contact, handling pricing, quotations, and customer communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with Sales, Logistics, Engineering, and other teams to ensure feasibility, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain SAP master data and external customer platforms (e.g., JIRA, ARIBA) while supporting commercial activities such as price reviews, credit checks, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years in customer service, commercial operations, or sales support, ideally in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP (especially SD and CRM) and familiarity with customer platforms such as JIRA or ARIBA.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, a proactive customer-focused mindset, and fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
