About the role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling commercial inquiries and requests
  • Coordinate internal cost calculations and price estimations to prepare accurate customer quotes
  • Manage order requirements, demand transparency, and delivery schedules to provide reliable order confirmations
  • Maintain customer, material, and pricing data to support accurate quotations and invoicing
  • Monitor delivery deadlines and proactively communicate variances to prevent customer supply issues
  • Support invoice clarifications, handle complaints, and prepare debit/credit notes in accordance with internal procedures

Requirements

  • Commercial/business background with experience in customer service or order management
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and intercultural sensitivity
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
  • Familiarity with SAP and MS Office; experience with MS Dynamics is a plus
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Basic technical understanding to address customer and product-related queries
