About the role
- Provide support to clients and partners, ensuring effective and timely solutions for transport insurance-related requests.
- Analyze and monitor insurance processes in national, international (import and export), and carrier lines.
- Ensure correct application of business rules for transport insurance.
- Execute and monitor billing routines in internal systems.
- Operate and keep information updated in the CIT, CITNET, CITWEB, AT&M and Quorum systems.
- Prepare reports and operational controls using Microsoft Office tools at an intermediate level.
- Support related areas and contribute to improvements in internal processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience with transport insurance (national, international and carrier insurance).
- Solid knowledge of business rules and documentation in the sector.
- Experience with billing routines and systems: CIT, CITNET, CITWEB, AT&M and Quorum.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
- Experience serving corporate clients.
- Participation in process improvement or automation projects.
