About the role
- Support the customer relations team with client requests related to our product;
- Assist clients with using the platform;
- Monitor policy expiration and renewal processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the 1st or 2nd year of a Law degree;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Proactive with strong communication skills.
