About the role
- Execute Reddit strategy across brand and community subreddits
- Create discussion-based threads aligned with GTM priorities (product launches, features, comparisons, trends)
- Actively participate in threads: respond, guide discussions, and surface insights back to internal teams
- Identify organic opportunities to engage in relevant external threads (not just owned channels)
- Contribute to improving AI syndication visibility through high-engagement, discussion-led content
- Create and publish short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) aligned with campaigns and product priorities
- Post and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and YT Shorts
- Collaborate with video/design teams to produce engaging, GTM-aligned content
- Actively engage with users across platforms (comments, quote replies, threads)
- Identify and participate in trending conversations relevant to gaming, PC DIY, and esports
- Surface community insights, sentiment, and trends to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in social media, community management, or content marketing
- Deep understanding of Reddit, Discord, and social platform dynamics
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone (casual, Reddit-style, platform-native)
- Experience creating or appearing in short-form video content
- Passion for gaming, PC DIY, and online communities
- Strong understanding of gaming peripherals, competitive gaming, and esports ecosystems
