About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow ASUS presence within Best Buy and assigned accounts
  • Build compelling, data-driven business cases that clearly articulate ASUS’ brand value proposition
  • Collaborate with Product Management to align promotional planning and go-to-market initiatives with revenue targets
  • Partner with Retail Marketing to execute product launches, retail events, and training initiatives
  • Manage weekly sales performance and inventory health through detailed analysis and forecasting
  • Analyze third-party market data to provide strategic recommendations to Best Buy Category Management
  • Maintain strong, consistent communication cadence with Best Buy stakeholders (weekly/bi-weekly calls)
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks to ensure on-time execution of commitments
  • Ensure best-in-class merchandising execution both online and in-store

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required
  • 5–7 years of retail account management experience
  • 5–7 years of experience working with or at Best Buy
  • Strong understanding of retail channel operations and technology ecosystem
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and forecasting capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, results-oriented corporate environment
