About the role
- Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading our commercial marketing digital content initiatives
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO/GEO-optimized content (blogs, white papers, case studies, newsletters, website copy, etc.)
- Craft messaging that aligns with the brand’s tone, positioning, and business goals
- Plan, write, and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lifecycle emails, promotional campaigns)
- Use A/B testing and segmentation to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions
- Work with design and development teams to build and optimize responsive email templates
- Create and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
- Monitor audience engagement and community management
- Track and analyze performance, report on key metrics, and make data-driven improvements
Requirements
- Years of Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Work Experience 1-3 years of experience in content writing and social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and email metrics
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and Premiere)
