About the role

  • Assist clients through the entire onboarding and implementation process of our HCM solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless deployment, data migration, and integration of HCM systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by being a proactive and trusted partner.
  • Regularly check in with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on HCM best practices, HR processes, and system configurations.
  • Help clients optimize their use of HCM software to streamline their HR operations and improve employee engagement.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure their team is proficient in using HCM tools effectively.
  • Provide ongoing educational resources and support to empower clients to maximize the value of the solution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues, identifying potential problems, and managing escalations.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
  • Focus on client satisfaction and retention by ensuring clients are continuously happy with the product.
  • Help identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that would benefit clients.
  • Track client health, success, and engagement metrics. Regularly provide clients with reports on usage, progress, and ROI.
  • Ensure clients are meeting key milestones and goals.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to ensure alignment on client needs, product updates, and improvements.
  • Assist the sales team with pre-sales engagements and product demonstrations.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client feedback and industry trends to help improve the HCM platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client success, account management, or human resources, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, including HR software, payroll, talent management, or workforce management.
  • Strong understanding of human resources processes, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Problem-solving skills with a consultative approach to addressing client needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, HCM software, and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
