About the role
- Responsible for leading the inside sales operations to achieve revenue and growth goals.
- Manages a team of TLM Sales Associates selling to B2B customers and resellers.
- Drives sales campaigns, oversees pipeline management, and ensures team performance.
- Provides daily supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to the team.
- Develops and implements sales campaigns to meet monthly revenue objectives.
- Manages CRM system usage and ensures accurate tracking of customer activity.
- Collaborates with internal teams for seamless customer experience.
- Communicates sales goals, policies, and procedures clearly to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Experience in workforce management, human capital management, or time and attendance solutions preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales performance reporting.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Strategic thinker with solid business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
