About the role

  • Conduct full cycle recruitment activity for assigned requisitions
  • Partner with hiring managers to bring top talent into Asure
  • Provide sourcing support by searching resumes, identifying potential candidates, and building talent pipelines
  • Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple calendars and time zones
  • Communicate interview details to candidates and interviewers, ensuring a professional and timely experience
  • Draft, edit, and post job descriptions across multiple platforms, including the company careers page, Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other job boards
  • Update and maintain company profiles on social and recruiting websites to ensure accurate, consistent, and engaging content
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support offer process administration, including initiating background checks and offer letter creation
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience at all stages
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and documentation
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and data privacy requirements
  • Assist with other ad hoc Human Resources and Recruiting projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or sourcing support (preferably for an HCM or SaaS company)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficient with utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing activities
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and job boards (e.g., Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn)
  • Experience supporting high-volume or multi-role recruiting is preferred
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, calendar management, and HR software
