About the role
- Conduct full cycle recruitment activity for assigned requisitions
- Partner with hiring managers to bring top talent into Asure
- Provide sourcing support by searching resumes, identifying potential candidates, and building talent pipelines
- Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple calendars and time zones
- Communicate interview details to candidates and interviewers, ensuring a professional and timely experience
- Draft, edit, and post job descriptions across multiple platforms, including the company careers page, Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other job boards
- Update and maintain company profiles on social and recruiting websites to ensure accurate, consistent, and engaging content
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support offer process administration, including initiating background checks and offer letter creation
- Ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience at all stages
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and documentation
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and data privacy requirements
- Assist with other ad hoc Human Resources and Recruiting projects and initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or sourcing support (preferably for an HCM or SaaS company)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficient with utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing activities
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and job boards (e.g., Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn)
- Experience supporting high-volume or multi-role recruiting is preferred
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, calendar management, and HR software
