About the role
- Identify and develop new prospects thru working curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers as referral partners to further penetrate the market, build your brand and obtain quota.
- Become a master of Asure’s online Demo to utilize as a walk-through tool while prospecting.
- Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator
- Develop and manage an overflowing sales funnel of new opportunities in order to attain and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota.
- Leverages Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5 years' experience in a quota driven sales environment
- Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
- Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
- Ambitious and positive attitude; self-motivated with a desire to impact your income through achievement and overachievement of quota that will also impact upward career trajectory
- Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Teams or other comparable tools is preferred
