• Provide solutions to customers to make them successful using our products.
• Troubleshoot Customer environments and engage in active triaging with customers

Full-stack Engineer

• Contribute to the development of Astro Platform's architecture and components, with guidance from senior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, implement and iterate on features used by the engineering org as a whole.
• Work with front end developers, product management and customers to deliver customer facing features such as public facing APIs and UI experiences.
• Learn and apply best practices for building reliable, scalable platform software.
• Contribute to the overall platform usability, reliability, and scalability.

Sales Engineer

• Lead the technical sales motion in partnership with Account Executives - discovery, demos, proof-of-concepts, and architecture discussions
• Understand customer pain and translate it into high-impact technical solutions tied to business value
• Build and deliver tailored demos and POCs using Python, Airflow, and related tools
• Guide customers through modern DataOps strategies - from orchestration to observability and automation
• Influence product feedback loops, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to go-to-market strategy
